Title: How do I make an Intro?

I got the sprites riped. Just need to make them PCX. I'm trying to make a Metroid Zero Mission intro. I got the sound just its in "wave" format.

also make the intro.sff

just copy and paste into your intro.def

How can I make intro music into mp3 format? I have the video of it, and the wave format.
