Title: Mugen 1.0 Storm

Here another updated char to XSC. Storm by Alucard and Whitemagic! This char has less moves then original Alucard' Storm since we removed the strikers and twister hyper. Now Storm has updated code, color separation between the hair and clothes and a specail stance by Sei. Enjoy

Storm's stage is based on Elena's stage in SF3. REally there is no better location for Storm that this.

Is there a way to change the character select icon so that it uses her white/grey palette instead of the black one? I tried looking in the forum, but I think I'm inept and I missed it. :( Any help please and thank you?

Also the similar titles binds all of the release party items together, they can be quickly picked out of the lineup.
