Ok first off you should use these terms universally so people don't get confused.

Damage = How much you hurt them
Power = Energy for Hyper moves

Now I think your talking about damage from the context of your sentence. Do you want to...
1: Increase the damage of ALL his attacks overall... or
2: Increase the damage of 1 or a few specific attacks?

Edit: I am going out in a bit maybe so i might not be able to help you right away... but if you give the info on what you want to adjust I'll help you when I get back, or someone will more easily be able to help you.

Look for teh attack's value. THis can be done by looking for the attack in teh .cmd. Once you find taht out in order to chagne the mount of DAMAGE it does search for the value then find Damage = then simply change the number. If you want to change the POWER which is energy used to hypers, supers, etc. then search for poweradd of teh attack.

Remember what Link said. Use teh terms how they're defined universally or else people won't know what you want.
