Title: Palettes for specific chars...

I was wondering if there´s anyway i can or someone else(i don´t know how to edit a char...i hope this is easy) can tell me how to make a char have a shared palette...like for example,Megaman.EXE by Xande
I was at graphic arts requesting for palettes for him,but as according to Gold_TSG ,he doesn´t share palettes,even if he makes them,the char will not recognize them...i actually confirmed it with some palettes i got from Calamix´s site(with pals listed on the def file,they don´t show up in mugen)
Does anybody know if there´s something that can be done???
