Now what I think you should do is edit the head a little bit more, since I can still see the hair from Urien. Also, I seth's body orb thingy has line going around it towards his back. It's hard for me to explain, but the top and bottem half of his body aren't really connected.

Also, it looks like you just stretched his arm for his arm streching move, oddly enough, it doesn't look that good, if your going to do that, it needs a little bit of clean up afterwords to match.

Its the priority of the move. Yoga Teleport is a bigger command (F,D,DF + PPP) so it needs to come BEFORE Shoryuken, which is small (F,D,DF+P)

Actually, Street Fighter 2010: The Final Fight (2010 Street Fighter in Japan) IS a Capcom made game, but it was supposed to be a a spin-off of the street fighter series. In Japan, the main character's name is Kevin Straker, a member if the Galaxy Police on a mission to take out "Parasites", a breed of super-powered criminals that get their abilites from insects implanted in their body. The Main villian Troy is actually called Dr. Jose who created the parasite insects and you find out at the end that you yourself are a parasite. The Doc planted one on you before you joined the Galaxy Police.
Of course, good ol Northern localization had to go mess everything up by changing Kevin's Name to Ken, and chaining the opening narrative to say that it is the same Ken that won the Street Fighter Tournament 25 years ago before becoming a "gifted scientist" and creating "Cyboplasm". Troy, Ken's lab assistant is killed when the "Cyboplasm" is stolen. Ken then outfits himself with "Bionics" and a trans-dimensional transporter to track down Troy's murderer and the stolen Cyboplasm which leaves a detectable trail on each planet the thief visits. Turns out the thief was Troy who faked his death to steal the Cyboplasm and use it to create a super-human army to take over the world (Of COURSE!). Ken defeats Troy then returns to Earth to contain the cyboplasm which at this point has become a global problem.

For the present these so both new colors and already in a few weeks ading to Seth's thread - demo that alone have the basic blows without power and reduce the sff to prevent it from being an opensource my char. In the original Work is 60 % of coding, and in the beta-demo only have 10 % of work.
The reason is simple, I am programming Ryu, Dhalsim and Dan in Street Fighter IV style including a Screen Pack that him relase together with the demo-beta of Seth and the stage in beta version.

They are:
1. Shoryuken: you have put sagat's shoryuken. Please make a real shoryuken,
which can hit the opponent 3 times.
2. Yoga Teleport: Seth's Yoga Teleport is so slow. Please repair it :)
3. Yosokyaku: It is a air move. (in the air- Down+Mediam Kick. for 3 time).
About same as chun-li's Yosokyaku.
4. Speacial Air High Kick: It is a strong air move called Tenmakujinkyaku.
(In thr air- Up+Right Or Up+Left, Down+High Kick)
5. Spirite: Please!!!!!!!!! Use the Spirit, which are uploaded by you on page 4.
6. Ultra combo: Please make a other Ultra Combo, called Tanden Typhoon.
7.Hyakuretsu Kyaku: Seth does a single kick followed by a rapid flurry with his other leg if it connects
8.Spinning Piledriver: Seth uppercuts the opponent into the air, then teleports above the opponent and smashes him into the ground. Similar to Zangief's.
