I've bin waiting for this Cap ever since it first appeared on the Facebook page...that CS and the Scales just perfect. :Terry

I didn't really play with him in AvX but everyone needs a Cap in their Mugen roster lol.... I have 2.. the 1 by Sic-1 and another regular 1 but I'll replace my regular Cap with this 1 and see how he is

I'm not sure if it's just me but when I use any palette other than his default he reverts back to the original palette when he gets hit.Must be you cause I haven't seen that happen

I tried re-downloading the character but it's still happening, I can't figure out what's wrong. I haven't altered the file in anyway. Kinda bumming me out since i was really excited about using this character :(

I'm unable to recreate this color issue. I downloaded the character from the server and tested it but I am not having any color issues either.

if i press START + any button i use the old (secret!) version of Cap (with a lot of BUGs in his palette).. this new version is better.. i just say that I would have preferred that he could lose the shield after he launch it.. so he can also fight with his punch..

Exactly said you said, because of the AvX storyline.
One Question how do i do recovery roll with Cap?
AvX characters have no recovery roll (unless it's a character specific power like Psylocke)
i use the old (secret!) version of Cap (with a lot of BUGs in his palette)..
It wold be more helpful if you let me know what the issue is so I could fix it.

ops.. i'm sorry.. the bug is on his palette.. if i press START + any button come out the old version of Cap. He in standing has the classic suit but if he walk on the shirt featured the new cells that are there in pal1..

Guess it's a 1.1 issue cause I never see it happen in 1.0
I downloaded mugen 1.0 and re-downloaded Cap and it still happened. Did it again and still happened. Re-downloaded Cap a third time but this time I just ran it through my regular mugen because I had given up and it stopped happening!!! I'm super confused but I'm glad the issue resolved itself (somehow...).

Edit: I played a hunch and I was right. You guys are using Fighter Factory 3.0 which is still a beta. If you use Fighter Factory Classic, Fighter Factory Ultimate or when you use him in the game he's just fine. It's just how FF3 handles SFF version 1 files.

Also, something is wrong in your video, P2 is pal 5 but the Capcom version is pal 7 through pal 12. Did you try to change the palette order or mess with the character in any way?

True. That is how it's suppossed to work. Similar to prior games. Many chars have a similar issue (e.g. Sagat's Tiger Shots).
