[Help] How do i add coding for images and files to a freewebs forum?

Basically how do i add coding to a freewebs forum that lets me insert videos,pictures and files.

Ooh! I Found This Out A Few Hours Ago. You Have To Go To The File Manager(At The Site Manager). Then You Upload Your File. Then You Go To Edit The Section Where You Want Your File Placed. You Click Link And Then Select Your File.
