I would recommend a program called GoldWave. You can get a cracked version from a torrent. Or just use the trial one till it expires. And if you are ripping sounds from a youtube vid they are not going to be the best quality... although that vid has pretty good audio quality for youtube.

Also... you will probably have to use a program to save the youtube vid... which your not supposed to be able to do. My friend has one, but I can't remember what its called. And I know theres a FireFox pluggin that will rip them from youtube also. Both of those programs are going to save it in a strange format... so I would reccomend a program called Blaze Media Pro to convert them if you need to do that. Also a program called VLC player to play them in the strange format before converting them if you need to...

Or you could just use the GoldWave program to save a direct audio stream out of whats comming out of your speakers, or the Wave/MP3 channel.

Sorry if that all sounds complicated... but it kinda is... :-\ The last recommendation would probably be the easiest for you overall.

Wave Pad could really help

And everything sounds cooler in japanese.
I would link it to you but it involves illegal sites.

What you could do is use cam studio to get that vid (I think it is automatically converted to AVI) and then use virtual dub to get the sounds.
