Color ploblem

since i had reinstall my computer my mugen been lookin werid lately i fixed this ploblem the last time but i 4got how to it
every time i put it on hardware it looks right but when i go to window the colors are the werid

Can you show us the difference between the hardware and windowed versions?  That way, we can get a better idea of how to help you with this issue.
