how do i change the portrait of the evil ryu thats included? i put him in but his portrait is still the same as the normal ryu.

I don't think thats possible because the Normal Ryu and Evil Ryu share the same sff. You could make a seperate folder for them, keeping normal ryu and evil ryu seperate. Or You can look for this...

Thats The Usual trigger, you can probably alter the variables to make Ryu permanently evil.

Copy The Ryu Folder (WIth All Its Files Inside) and paste it into your characters folder. Then the folder should say "copy of ryu" as the file name. Change That Folder Name To EvilRyu. Then Enter the Evil Ryu Folder and delete the Master Ryu and Ryu defs so that there is only the Evil Ryu.def. Then Alter the Portrait, and you should be ready to go.

its not working :-\ in the .def file, where can you go to change the portrait? the ryu has 2 portraits is why

Bah, didn't he update Ryu last month? I'm going to check it out now.
Anyways if your saying he has two portraits in the sff, then go in his sff,

... I just downloaded it and I see only one portrait... Oh well...

Anyways make sure that whatever your portrait you want is Group 9000 image 1.
So go into the fighter factory and where you see group image 1 (which is the default portrait) name it to 376 or whatever, something random. Then whatever you want for the portrait make that image 1.

So wait, you say there is two portraits, but you've never been in Ryu's SFF with fighter factory.  Then how did you find out there's two portraits?

Yeah you need fighterfactory to swap the pcx files in the sff and save the sff. You can also do this with MCM I think..
