this is a question i always wanted to know da answer to since i got into mugen in november 2006

1999 dammm that was one of my most funnest and best years of my life da days of playing pokemon trading card game for game boy and real life man mugen would of made my life so much better at that time

Mugen is not a game its an engine..and it is old(maybe 1999).

Infinity has been around for awhile but it's hard to tell when they originally started because of all the rebirths.

didnt infinity start out with marvel mugen not 2 sure its been a while

Mugen was first released by Elecbyte in 1999, the last version released was 2002. Infinity is related to no other Mugen forum or organization. Infinity was started by eSkRo and Eternaga in Summer 2006 to "Share and Create." Infinity procured it's own web space in November 2006.
