Which screenpack loads the Fastest?

Which screenpack loads the fastest?  I have over 1088-1100 characters that I definately want to use.  How fast is the screenpack you're using load up min wise  with the amount of characters that you have?

eve:2 minutes (aprox)
infinity screenpack:like 50 seconds

i have to say in 640x480 mode about a minute.

loads up about 400~ characters.

I'm using the unknown screenpack.

in eve i have like 1200 chars
and in infinity i have like 400+

1100 chars? You aren't going to find a screenpack that loads fast enough for that many characters.

I have 150 chars and CvS: Slash loads in like 5 seconds

Default mugen screenpack loads in 3 secs.
