Hi guys, could someone help me creating a sign like this I'm posting, but with an animated gif inside of it? I post here the sign I'd like to be similar and the Birdy gif to put inside the sign

i can try to pull it it'll probably be pretty easy i know animation form the back of my hand so that's easy the logo is easy the only thing is i gotta try to recreate the rest of that template i'll give it a try most likely successfully...

i cut out the mvc3 logo blacken the hawkeye bg and sprite but i can't find any birdy pics...
