PLAYER 3 AND 4 A.I

So I have been experimenting with unoshe tag system and it works pretty well but the mugenA.I.exe patch option doesn't work with my fullgame thus I have to switch off P3's A.I. with ctrl+3 if I want to control the partner. Is there anyway I can always stop P3's A.I through some kind of code? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
