Glitch with cyanide's omega red

so I keep having this glitch:



Mostly I think somehow doing coil throw into a wall and following it up with carbonadium smasher is causing the problem.

Is the error being shown in that video or is that just the combo you're trying to do with the char?

Could you link to Cyanide's Omega Red?

That's the combo from source game.... I can do it in mugen but after doing carbondium smasher which happens at the the end of the combo in that video. When omega red throws the character on the floor, and instead of the character getting slammed to the floor, they bounce off the floor and float away...

So I started working on this,  started by trying to recreate the bug and another bug popped up...


(This happens if you do the  horizontal throw in the air right after throwing the opponent to the ground.)

So my question is, do you want me to fix these two bugs and send over the char or type out how I fix them so you can make the edits on your end? I ask becasue I see from the video you posted this is already an edited version of Omega Red, at least as far as the character's scale.

on a side note: I was gonna realign the coils myself to match the change in scale, but it looks really hard. :P

Edit: I also found random coils that hand around the body if you connect with the hyper all by itself in the air.

I'll make the changes then send it over to you.

Hell. I thought i'd fixed that one. I don't want to go back to him, argh.

I wondered if you were the same Cyanide but I wasn't sure, I'm working straight from the version on your website. I know how much of a pain it can be to have someone find a bug when you don't feel like working on that char. Would you like me to continue with the edit or would you like me to just leave it up to you?

Fixed it already. I should have added some targetdrops globally which i didn't do. Not 100% on the fix for smasher because i haven't replicated that one.

Believe it's because i did a targetdrop with

numtarget = 0

in the triggers which is completely counter intuitive. If i don't have a target i've already dropped it. I kinda feel like a twit for that.

Will re-upload once i confirm smasher.

Kay that's good to hear. Sorry about that, It's been bugging the hell out of me cause that combo is something I normally do. (or would if that didn't happen.)
