Nope they sure didnt, For all Vince's money theyve never had a clue what to do with the cruiser weights. If they did they would have hired all of Ultimo's apprentices from his Dojo. Its the closest thing to superhero action youll ever see, makes TNA's X-division look like amatuers.

However the X-Divion makes the cruiserweight division look like amatuers so that speaks pretty bad for WWE. I think if TNA grows financially we might get to see more of the Japanese, and Latino up and coming talent in the future.
