you're using photobucket...so am I
just view you're picture
choose RE-SIZE
and choose avatar
it'll be that size then
just remember sometimes it takes photobucket awhile to actually change the image when posting it on a forum

click the picture in question
it should show the picture with options above it
full size____re-size_____rotate___Ect.

just use "re-size"
