I dont see anything in the readme that would suggest this is stolen really, the author had it on his website for christmas and took it down after that, it even says; "if you can still get this from some place else, then good"

But this guy obviously didnt relese it so im moving it to lost and found

That may be, but check out the readme, it seems like the author gave the ok for something like this.

Cuz this guy was never smart enough to change readme's in the past, so i doubt he would have now.
