No, but nothing affordable is reliable and Acer has a better rep than some others like toshiba or worse compaq which are famous for breaking down (Hp also as it is owned by compaq). My dad owns an Acer and it's functional after two years which is pretty good for a PC but that isn't to say its never had problems. I use a dell and it's lasted a full year and is still running great but tends to overheat which is worrisome.
The only company that I've heard strictly good things about (excepting apple, but you can't trust mac users
) is Alienware. But their kinda expensive. Still great computers though, especially for gaming.
