Seans good but I dont think choosing arts works well in MUGEN. Especially when you're playing survival. IMO, every SF3 Mugen char should have all of the arts usable during the entire round, or at least have chooseable arts for the first 6 palettes and all arts for the other 6. Thats the only downfall of this char I think.

ok have you tried sean or gm's characters?... when you play survival their arts stay the same until you lose.. you dont have to choose arts evrytime you face a new opponent...

of course! GM is one of my fav creators. What I meant in my post was that every SF3 char thats made for Mugen should play like GM's chars, Having all arts available, or at least be set up like NHK's Makoto. She has choosable arts BUT an extra fourth art that has all of them. For example, for Sean:

D, DF, F x2 punch would be Hadou burst
D, DB, B x2 punch would be Shoryu cannon
D, DF, F x2 kick would be that combo special
And you're able to do all three the whole time. I played survival with Rei's Sean and got bored after three rounds cause all I could do was a hadou burst 

I love this Sean... If only GM had made it

CCI Krauser looks very competitive much like the other CCI characters are XD. but:

Sean's SF3 2nd Impact incarnation = Teh Sex!

Any sf3 series fan could or should know how POWERFUL Sean was in 2nd impact before he got nerfed in 3rd Strike

so he's powerful that automatically makes him suck?... shin gouki is power does he suck? no infact theres 9999 edits of the same character... if you think he's overpowered you can pick his 3rd strike incarnation as well though with this creation

I'm not saying he's overpowered... I was happy with him in 2nd impact because it was in that game where he was king!

I was pretty sad that he was nerfed for some reason in 3rd strike reducing him to some mid tier status compare to his 2nd generation High tier status...

But as always anyway... Player Skill > Tier status aka A good Sean always beat a bad Ken
