I know a Raziel character was meant to be made, but he was never finished, and he was only at 15%.

And I liked Raziel as well in the games. I really did want that Raziel Mugen character to be finished.

yea there is a raziel char out there with no moves and it never got finished. not sure if the author starte dworking on him again though.
