Its got pal tut's and more but i personally like this bundle because he provided a very rare FX tutorial. With time and practice any mugen creator or patch creator could make custom FX like pots and vyn.

Wow, those are some pretty good FX tutorials! I could definitely use the slashes tutorial to make new slashes for Link (Who I should really finish updating)
