Well, it's probably better to go to the avatar topic for that, unless if you want the sprites to them. ( I don't have a good animator.

Probably not the best I've done. I'm not sure about the face yet, either.

His stance is based off of his animation in the Wily Wars for the Sega Genesis/Mastersystem. Please do comment!
