Trust me, make enough sprites to start off, basics and whatever else, and eventually one of the many awesome coders here at infinity may volunteer their services (or you can ask them

) and the character will be brought to mugen life. I definitely think you should work on that Skullman, he looks pretty good so far for just a few pics.

Well yeah I'm sayin it came out truly cool, and very true to the character. If ya had the time and such making more sprites like his basic movements and attacks and such I'm sure one of the coders would help you out to make it into a full character.
