Title: Reducing Font Size in lifebars (Works in 0 Res)

This tutorial was made by txrocker281 not me. I have used this tutorial and it really helped me out a lot with my lifebars.  ;)

The other thing that is when you are about to Shrink the font, in the resize options go to "size method' section and select "Resize faster". If you don't do this then your font will not work with mugen.
