Used a mixture of Ingrid and Len to make this murderous moppet, and the M1918 BAR rifle was made from Andrew of Samurai Showdown's weapon, mixed with the rifle of Unknown Soldier. Her little 'decoration' comes started life as one of those little teddy bear accessories from Dungeon Fighter Online.
Hope it looks good. Plan to make her twin brother, Hansel.

Using Captain America as the body base, and a facial mixture of Geese and Yamazaki that had to be 'widened' to get close to the head proportions of Cap. The hair points started out as the horns from Grant of 'Garou: Mark of the Wolves'.

I don' like the body you used as base. It' overused, and considering your current skills, I'm sure you are past using regular Cap. You could try a mix of Urien, Tizoc, Alex, Sagat, Zeus... even the newly ripped DBZ sprites - Broly or any of the other character arms for new poses.

Wow... I really like that rifle. Excellent work. I would love to have something like that for Deathstroke. Might change the colors a little bit and go for a copper-ish steel shading, but the ones you got there work great with the girl sprite :)

Yeah, the hair is a big problem. Hair always has seemed to be a problem for me. Another issue i kept running into is his skin. Tried going by the comics, where he seems to have a more tanned tone, but kept having his hair and skin colors conflict. :D

You're right, and I debated this... but figured since All-Might's body tends to be so exaggerated... and since Capcom seemed to base their Cap sprite heavily on '90's Liefeld Proportions' felt he made the best fit. Seriously... Capcom's Captain America is really JACKED in some poses. XD
Might consider using Alex... because i tend to overuse Sagat and Urien too much as well. XD

Top half, and boots come from zero-sennin's CVS-style Leona. Head is from Hinata. Pantlegs and Belt comes from Jill Valentine. Knives originally belonged to the CvS version of Yamazaki.

Used Cap as the main body base, used the arms & boots of Crossbones, and the head of Grim Reaper.
More or less crafted the sword from past CA&TA sprite edits. Hope it looks good.

Was listening to a podcast discussion/storytelling session about the concept of Superman and Goku's ships somehow swapping places and realities. So young Kal-El grows up being taught by Grandpa Gohan in the DB world and young Kakarot grows up to be a royal terror in the DC Animated Universe.
Immediately this image popped into my head, basically a more Superman-themed 'Great Saiyaman'. Used the 'Man of Steel' modified Superman Mugen sprites with the Extreme Butoden Saiyaman assist sprites.

Really scraping the bottom of the obscure anime characters bucket here, but this is one of the assassin antagonists from the Golgo 13 anime, 'The Professional'. Still working on his partner, Silver.

Used the 'JL Task Force' Aquaman as body base, arms from the mini-sentinels from the X-Men arcade game, knives from fem fatales Mary & Eliza from the SNES game 'Final Fight 2', helmet started life as the helmet from the 'Elite Ptolemaic' soldier from 'Metal Slug 5'. Tubes came from my Bane sprite, still don't know where they came from originally. ^^;;

I think Bane could use a little bit of extra editing. Perhaps mixing with Slam Masters or using a transition to make him more menacing.

You can use Wolverine shins/boots too (derivative from Baraborn's recipe for MvC Hawk) :)
For Dawn or others, you might want to check lesser used games like Battle Master, Sailor Moon (SNES), Martial Champion, Strip Fighter (PC-E), Hot-Blooded Family(Saturn/PS1)...

All-Might from 'My Hero Academia' in 16-bit style.

Made using Captain America sprites with the head of 'Evil Hulk' from the 'War of the Gems' SNES game. Had to really widen and stretch out the sprite to make him be even remotely similar in height to those of Superman and co.

Made using the Dog from 'Secret of Evermore', primarily his jackal form. Resized it and made the necessary changes afterwards. Cape comes from the Superman sprite from that 'Superman Batman' mobile game.

Peacemaker, in the 16-Bit Style. Based the helmet on the (IMHO superior) 90's 'Showcase' comics version.

Used the character 'Sledge' from Doomsday Warrior, and the helmet of Boba Fett... just heavily edited. :D
AND don't know if I've posted this before, but my attempt at doing a version of Deathstroke in this style.

Used the Injustice version as a model to base it on. Sprites were Chelnov from Fighter's History, a refurbished/reused Red Hood helmet, and the gun comes from 'Cadillacs and Dinosaurs'
forget where the sword comes from....
