Zatanna.
Not exactly 100% accurate, mainly the gloves, but I was testing a base to see how WIP friendly it was. Not really is the answer. That jacket and shirt combo, not to mention the hat, would cause issues. Sorry Zatanna, it's not meant to be.
Next up, either Black Canary, Star Sapphire or ...... dunno, suggestions? DC females obvs :P

Thanks Batz, the rest of the edit is fairly easy and the bases mix well, it's just drawing her jacket and top that takes ages and would be the issue. Not sure of any female bases that have a similar look though

I hadn't done any spriting last week due to a few things happening so I thought I'd try my hand at individual edits to get me back into it.
Zatanna: Hanzo upper and Cvs Chun Li Legs. I remember seeing an edit (by Taskmaster perhaps) that used Scorpion from MM which looked quite cool but I stuck to female bases. Trying to see who best fits Hanzo's upper body
Star Sapphire: Rosemary Upper and SF3 Chun Lower which despite the huge size differences in the original sprites worked out fairly well. I am rather fond of the pose, but I think it may be a bit too girly. Does she have a ring now? Or is it still that crystal thing (I have no clue, never read GL stuff)? If so I forgot her power ring.......

Only person that comes to mind that would fit Hanzo's upper body as is (puffy sleeves and all) is Storm. No need to remake that image Capcom made for any reason, though.

the one thing that bums me out about seeing a great edit that uses Rosemary as a big part is knowing that Rosemary has no real attacks. Just command type motions.Yeah I learned that the hard way while trying to make Killer Frost's basic attacks.

Not that great imo, head looks funny and I don't know how accurate it is.
I'll look at Barda next I think.

I think Rosemary works great for characters who don't need to punch (And it's easy enough to throw in another character if the odd punch/slap is required. It's not like Rosemary has any distinguishing features that would be hard to copy)

I think every character needs to punch, though. Unless they have no arms, that's an exception.
