How did he get ryu's voice?He probably modded his ps2 and made it mod sc3. I know a friend that has a modded ps2 that is able to mod video games, like Guitar Hero 2, you can play whatever song you want as long as it's his version on his ps2. The guy probably used a cd to copy the sounds to the data of SC3.

Don't think so. He probably just edited the video and added voiceover along with the music.

my ps2 too is modded it can read pirated discs and you can extract sounds from some other games and put them in your game
i am begginer in modding but all seems well LOL
