Title: Hitsparks

I'v been going back and forth with a few on the best way to do the hitsparks for this game. Esentially I created 2 different hitsparks, one for regular moves and one for hyper moves. Well in the end someone had the fine suggestion to combine the two sparks and I did just that, and created 3 different color palettes to be use with the sparks as well. Lastly, the sparks were shrunk down to half size, although I loves the huge sparks, they really needed to be resized to fit the game.
