I decided to make this to help those out with those trying to do these kinds of things. Granted, it's just about how to put the sprites into characters and how to do transparency palettes, but I thought it'd be helpful. ^^



I may do more tutorials down the line, though for what for MUGEN, I'm not sure. ^^;
