Mature: The King of Fighters 96 + 98.

As I stated (if the red text is far too vague), I'm striving for accuracy and balance...in other words, a genuine mesh of KOF gameplay.  To continue, I've decided to include both stances, which will be randomly selected at the onset of each match.  Their purpose, however, extends beyond the realm of visual appeal.  Here's a tentative (though, nearly complete) skill list:

Given the impossibility of chaining three c-button Death Rows in Mature's debut game, this attack will inherit the properties of its successor.  As it stands, I'm favoring the system of '98, solely because of general practicality.

Questions, comments and/or suggestions are encouraged.  By the way, consider this the next step in progress.
