Yea I thought they were going to just let Goku win to shut up all the raging fans but I'm glad they stuck to their principals.

Another thing I'm happy about is that they FINALLY let Superman off leash in this fight and showed people what Goku was really up against instead of holding him back just to make it close like last time.

Maybe I'm out of the loop, but it just seemed like SS God-level is the official canon version of what was originally SSJ4, since GT now exists in that weird 'not-so-canon' category with the renewed series.

Either way, knowing what Goku is capable of, and what he can take right from the get-go... Superman takes off the kid gloves and basically cuts loose.

Doesnt matter how they do it , done it or whatever. .....Superman is OP in every bit of the sense cause as its been said by writers about him.....superman is as powerful as he is written to be......meaning the only true person he could fight is someone who is as equal in op and identical to him in everyway and written to be since writers make him more and more powerful. So he needs an equal, a real equal. This matchup was doomed from the get go and stats just wont do since goku is outclassed period since he doesnt do or done nearly half the feats superman has been written to do.

Even tho they could have made goku take advantage of some of supermans weakness that puts him on a far much level playin field let alone render him too weak to even put up a fight......it would never happen.....he needs someone with a i dont give a flyin F and goes all out and exploits what superman weakness does to him. Straight up fights tho.......put superman against superman . Thats the best fight you will ever get to match him....unless tho ?

So just ask yourselves a question, a real fact comic based question.....who really can take superman on and have the best chance to win by stats or because we know just how OP they are too. Then you will have the real superman vs in a deathmatch.

Lando knows what's up. Batman can't really beat Supes. In DKR (which isn't canon obviously) Batman had:

1.) Superman's increased age
2.) Kryptonite arrows shot by Green Arrow
3.) The Batmobile
4.) A giant armored suit
5.) Superman's inability to go full force on Batman
6.) A nuclear winter blocking out the sun
7.) Robin helping out
8.) All of the electricity in Gotham

and he still barely won. Batman would have no chance.

1. The Flash
2. Martian ManHunter
3. Any Gold level saint and up
4. I think(take with aa grain of salt) Dark Schneider
5. Spawn
6. Any omnipotent of DC or Marvel
7. Kami Tenchi
8. Super Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann and Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann
9. I think(take with a grain of salt) Karas because of how he fights
10 Haha the ED's
11. Anyone with toon force(yes it's silly but hey)

There's more but I think that's good enough

Honestly he has lost fights to plenty of people. Goku as much as i love the dude.....he cant cut it. Goku aint even a strongest hero in anime out there. But a noble one indeed.
Superman has been beaten by magic users, hell amazo done beat him in a blink and whole justice league. Remember too he couldnt even stop a choas magic fueled enrage solomon grundy. So there are folks who have beaten him but i not sure goku would ever be a matchup like that from the door.
