I know in the modern games that Zero doesn't charge his Z Buster, but would you be willing to give him a chargeable buster, like in X1-X3?

This is no sense talking, zero came before X, and I'm on X spriter team too, the pallete or the outlines can fix everything..X is open source and Ramzaneko is working on revamping his Zero still.

Ok i updated the blade animations for the crouching attack, i did a little video of the test and some other attacks enjoy. I think it looks a lot smoother than the version i sent you Ramza.Well, once again I have to say just how freaking crisp and glorious Zero looks. And I can't stop saying it cause it's true.

MegaMan still looks old...The stance doesn't need to be fixed. All that needs to be done is a slight fix to three or four pixels on his face on the frames where his mouth is shut.

New Hyper Ryuenjin ReppaMisses some fire palfx, but its pretty cool. To make it different from a normal Ken-ripoff move, you could make him slash downward at the end, in the air.
