In order to make things a bit easier for contestants and me as well, I'm rocking a bit of a new set up; SpiderMew had the right idea by extending these contests to a month's length. Therefore, I'm keeping it that way.
Now, for the important thing that every good Contest needs; A Theme!
This month's theme is...
"RETRO VS MODERN"
What do I mean by this? Imagine God of War on the NES! Or how about the Battletoads in CVS2?
The entire gaming library is yours to command, so abuse it to your advantage!
Don't forget to send me your entries via PMs! I'm going to stop accepting entries on the 24th, and that's when the Voting will go up. If you're wondering why the 24th, don't forget February is the smallest month, so March and onward will have longer amounts of time to work on something. Also, I'll be posting here every week to remind you about working on your entries if you have one.
Now get to work, soldiers! I want this to be the biggest Contest IMT has ever had! OORAH!

Like let's say if there's like characters made in 2000's, does it count as being part of modern? Let's say for example if CVS2 chars could be turned to NES style.
1st part 2000's would be i say considered a bit more modern, 80's and 90's i figure be retro. anything before dreamcast hit would be retro to me so :-??. BUT 8 bit era stuff is retro definetly.
2nd part ....Yes.
