We've had this discussion. Normal mugen chars use a standard scale of 1,1, HD chars use a standard scale of 0.5,0.5. We all agree the filtered isn't exactly HD but I'm not planing on creating a special "filtered character" tag for simple semantics.

Why not call it HR instead? HD would be better for chars that have huge sprite sizes like BlazBlue chars

i kinda agree with that too V-nix. because they are resed up and not truley High Def like those Blazblue characters.  still these are great! i am loving gambit and even our project might be having this resing effect. MVC  characters really shine with this. great job Acey and peoples behind it. cant wait to see who else gets the treatment......Jin Satome...Juggernaut..... ;D  [-O<
