Second today we have Magneto by Kong, filtered by bajm6277. He has the same AI dampening as Juggernaut, as well as some damage leveling and adjustements to the controls. Aren't we all glad we have Mugen 1.0 so that we can finally fight against Kong's AI.  ;*))

yeah it really is good to see non crap versions of filtered HR chars, cause i have more than a few i got off this 1 HD mugen website and of the 15 i DLed  1 was good  :thumbsup: so im looking forward to the rest
