What gave me that recon? Knowledge, that there's not much material to base her moves on. Creativity required, a lot of it. Maybe my ideas'll help a bit. :-??
Not a bad hypers could be: flying across the screen near top of it shooting bombs on enemy; flying in _()_ pattern(is it called "loop the loop"?) and shoot the crap out of enemy with wave beams flying straight at him; shooting homing 3-way beams standing on ground after some delay(could be also aerial).
For specials: shooting with 3-way beams in :8 :9 :6 for h,m and l version accordingly with :2 :1 :4 :bp; :2 :2 :8 flight mode with no punches or kicks, shooting instead of them :bp for 3-way, :bk for wave beams; :2 :3 :6 :bp smashing enemy in air with gun holding it by barrel with both hands like a golf club; :2 :1 :4 :bk flying bit backwards and shooting in :3 or :6 1-3 regular shots.
For regular punches: l - punching with side of a gun holding it in both hands, m - attacking with back side of a gun with one hand on regular pos. and one on barrel, h - bashing enemy on head with a gun holding it by barrel with both hands.
For defense she can hold her gun in front of her.
Not much, but maybe that'll help. Maybe you will adapt some moves of Saki from TvC :-??

Well, I also never cared about that helper character in MvC, but looking at this wip made me wonder who she is. Checked wiki fastly, found name of game, rushed to play nes version... no, there's no Michele Heart, neither she was in arcade version. Actually read what wiki says and learned that for unknown reason she was replaced by nameless man... >:P Then I remembered, that she was in XenoFightersR(shmup) and played with her.
Play the game again, she is P2. And the "nameless man" is Kevin Walker. And for those wondering, the name of the game is Legendary Wings.

Tried bootleg version and there's one char with green clothes (P1), one with blue(P2), both females... I guess that's not needed version either. :-??
