I'm finding a lot of difficulties 'cause i want Hard Man to have a more "rustic" and physical style (no energy projectiles, no weapons with modern appearence - example: no crash bomber, yes hyper bomb -, no elemental weapons - exeption for ground based weapons like super arm -, no time stopper weapons) and this is a big, but IMHO necessary limitation.
For now, this is his (incomplete) power set:
- Super Arm
- Charge Kick
- Knight Crusher (I'm not sure about this)
- Hyper Bomb (same as Knight Crusher)
- ???
- ???
Hard Knuckle is not included in the power set. It's his signature move, so he should be able to use it whenever the player wants to, with no need to equip it first.

Remember one of the first animation i did about a charge move? As I said in one of my first post, it was not complete, the body seemed like a ball and his arms had to be resized. It looked like this:

I'm not sure about calling it "Charge Kick". It's the power Megaman obtain from Charge Man, but he does it sliding. I wanted Hard Man to do it in a personal way, but it's obviously not a kick, so I don't know if it should be ok to call it "Kick".
Only a question about the power set: is it ok to invent some new weapons? I have an idea...

Anyways. I'm gonna suggest an attack that dashes on a headbutt (...or that SF3 Yun's dash punch). It's that even possible?
Initially I was thinking a dashing headbutt (like Honda's Super Zutsuki) too, but then i came up with the Charge Kick i showed up, so i don't think two dashing moves can be good, tactically speaking...
Hi! I'm really sorry for this extra-long hiatus, this has been a really hard year with the university.
Leaving the job on Hard Man for so long has left me kinda uninspired and for some time from now on I'll have to work a lot on my graduation thesis, so times will not be better ~X( .
For now, i came up with an intro for Hard Man after reading Archie Comics Mega Man. I kinda liked the idea of the Monking advertising Hard Man about Mega Man arrival, so i tried to do something similar. I'll have to recolor the Monking a bit, but for now here it is:

Taking Laspacho's advice, i started to use photobucket and i'm finding way more handy than deviantart. I see that all the preview i posted from Imageshacks are gone, so I'll have to reupload everything. I'll take the opportunity to take stock of the situation.
The transition from his sitting position to the stance could be smoother. Otherwise nice idea!
I've added some frame. I still need to redraw the Monking, its sprites are badly taken from SAR with little modification. Anyway, i'm glad you liked the idea :)
