TopMan is currently almost finished. He has 3 of 4 Hypers, 2 of 4 Supers, new portraits, and some
- Topification River Deposit: TopMan will call the tides of the river to flow downstream. All the filth and tops will flow by. Can only be blocked Low, and cannot hit airborne opponents.
Possible side effect: The water level depends on TopMan's health, allowing it to hit airborne opponents. Higher levels will cause it to be blocked High. Damage will also increase. - Broken Top of Protection: TopMan will thrust forward at a high speed, spinning and causing damage with every hit. TopMan will fly offscreen and then land moments later.
Possible side effect: The amount of hits, when he lands, depends on his health. - Spinning Pain Flow: TopMan's hand turns into a top and he tries to grab his foe. Once grabbed, he will set each others life to the average of their lifebars combined.
NOTE: It is possible to deal more damage than TopMan heals from this move if the opponent has a large lifebar.
