It's really simple
click and hold to increase power let go to hit
click the Red Crosses for a up-wards follow up attack
and the blue cross for a down-ward follow up attack

Oh man, you just brought back some good memories from last year Negi. I used to play this all the time during class. 
This one was for fun. Too lazy to actually sit down and play it for the millionth time. Maybe I'll post a real one later.
