J - Joseph from Machinarium, O - Opa-Opa from Fantasy Zone, X - Ling Xiaoyu from Tekken.
G, N, U, V - no clue. Also dunno what's A, it's something from atary games probably or Atary itself, hm.....

I thought A was for Asteroids, maybe not

V = Jill Valentine from Resident Evil

oh, just got G, it was a hunch and it matched:

G = Guybrush Threepwood from Monkey Island series

So we still need N and U... but I don't know what I is either.

To me these letters look like game references of:

Q= Q BERT (i know hands down because me and my little sister used to play it a lot way back on snes)
X= Xiao (that chick from Tekken, whatever her name is)
R= ?? Megaman?? I mean thats what it is inside the R
S= sonic the hedge hog of course
H= E honda
D= Donkey Kong
B= Bomber man
G= Looks like Frank West of dead rising
F= looks like the guy from HALF LIFE
A= Alien Invader from space invaders
K= Of course its ken from SF
P= of course is pac man
L= Link of Zelda
E= For earth worm Jim
W= For wario of course
Y= for Yoshi of course
M= Mario of course
I = For that ghost in Pacman?
C= of course Chun Li
