I completely agree with this article, I feel like Capcom has done the impossible which is to please the new comers and the old players and those who are playing it and complaining are only surface level old schoolers. For gameplay MvC3 is simply amazing, just astounding!

lmao. I actually dont like the changes in controls that they made.. I very much so prefer Capcom's light, medium, and heavy buttons instead of button 1, 2, 3, and special attack.

Agree 100% with the article. I feel that thanks to the internet, more people are more willing to jump online and voice out their opinions and complaints at a drop of a dime instead of dedicating more time to game playing and actually learning more what a game has to offer.  I feel that back in the '80s and '90s peeps shut up and accepted what developers brought out, had fun, and mastered the gameplay no matter how unbalanced or broken it was. Today, we got a lotta whiners who feel its their duty to tell game companies how to make a game, or dismiss a game over judgement from a vid before the game is actually out. Yeah, the new generation of gamers today are spoiled

for the most part I agree. the best solution i found to deal with all that crap is to just not play online against random people but people either on the Mugen formus or friends that dont use those things/friends that dont play "EVO style"

I am going to have to disagree however that people shouldnt complain about it (as basically most of you on here know I do constantly, trying not to but nevertheless...). we paid our hard earned money and waited patiently and this is the internet so our opinions should be allowed to be voiced

Im sure article dude and sabaki reffer to when its taken to an extreme, what we know as haters and tourneyfags. Of course we are entitled to a quality product and to speak our mind when we are given otherwise after dishing out 60+ dollars but of all things im sure mvc3 is not the case of a truly low quality product and any true mistakes will eventually be fixed.

@Gaijin: thx  . I know you're pretty open-minded when it cones to games and play thoroughly with them. True, everyone gets stumped somewhere along the way, but in order to get better you just gotta sir down and work with it, even if you gotta rake a break.

However, you got peeps that'll call bloody murder on a game they haven't even played yet, or just spread hate in a game thread just to put down others who like the game. This is a big problem at many game-related forums. Hey, at least you bought the game and gave it a chance, and can honestly say there are things you like and don't like.

I'm really enjoying the game so far.

I do agree that it has several problems, but I'm willing to forgive Capcom if they managed to patch these problems. I can understand why people are hating, seeing as how much everyone has been waiting for this game for about 10 years.

It might have gotten some things wrong, but what they did right, they did really right

Some concerns are noted the 1st dozen times the opinion is stated. After the 100th time it starts to become trolling.

Dont like Capcom games, dont buy em, go play lame 1st person shooters, and kill zombies, aliens and terrorist like the rest of the spoiled Gen Y generation.

no , ive played it quite a bit at a friends house for the xbox, online and all but i cant afford it right now. Ive been using zero, x-23, hulk, dante and cap america.

I play MVC3 at XBOX360 and I say: Its a good game, for sure. A 7/10 score.

There are some very good things, like the gameplay, Arthur, Haggar, aerial combos. The game is very fun to play

but there are bad things* too, like She Hulk, Dante and his tons of moves and cheapness, Galactus (even worse when people say that Capcom was inspiring itself on Mugen), the lazy endings, and etc.
* Before to jump on my neck, that is my opinion and I have the right to have it. I won't change it just because you don't like neither I do care about it.

Its far from perfect, but is fun to play.

jwong has always had his foot stuck inside his mouth, this is not the first time he backpedals like that, the sad thing is when someone with a name in the competitive comunity comments on something like that a ton of fanboys just repeat it and we know how hard headed haters are.

Hardcore fighting community has always trashed the vs series because they are for casuals but hey look at mvc3, EVERYONE is playing it, a lot of bitten foots id say.

I loved when after trashing Adon as a crappy character only days after relase in ssfiv he got disqualified by an adon player in EVO.
