The game looks good. I didn't expect Namco was gonna make a sequel of Tekken tag. Old Heihachi won't appear in this one, right?

Now that $#!+ is so f***ing awesome. I'm dyin' to play this. A lot of features are extremely sick.

Yep, liked Harada says bout Heihachi best VA according to his interview, such as we know that Heihachi's best VA's already pass out 1 year ago after the release of the 6th game. I got this lil' info from his twitter. & i just wish they won't limit they're DLC just liked the last time + adding some guest appearance (as well from non-Namco characters) liked Galen ''Starkiller'' Marek ''The Darth Vader's Secret Apprentice'', Kratos, Darth Vader, Spawn

is it me or is that new girl julia chang??!!! i saw a video of her awhile back and she did everthing that she did down to the win pose!! so if it is her and not a new character, what's with the luchador scheme?? anywho, looking forward to this one and i was also caught off guard by kazuya having the devil transformation as opposed to his other persona being a new character wow......... this had better come to the consoles!! one thing i didn't mind , but thought they could've kinda changed was the one character knockout wins the round thingie. i would've like for it to be able to know out both to win, but it's still great in terms of gameplay and basically keeping the fast pace of it going

Kazuya tags with Devil by transforming, they are still separate characters, I think.

it is a transformation but not as in a way for him to tag. in the vid it shows him teamedd up with devil jin so unless they secretly snuck in 3 on 2 matches that's a transformation only for kazuya

The only Tekken game I was ever able to get into was the first Tekken tag. I'll definitely try playing this one.

According to the latest issue of Arcadia magazine, which is due for release tomorrow, the first location test for Tekken Tag Tournament 2 will be held sometime in the middle of May at a location that is currently unknown. Well, there isn't much to talk about. Unless they start showing off some new characters, this game might as well have just been an add-on for Tekken 6.

So you ever played/heard about/known the concept of Tekken Tag? It is basically a Tekken game that puts all the series' characters together and adds in a few game modes. It doesn't proceed the story, and only added in a boss in the last one, and they don't want to give that away.

(I know you probably knew that, but the idea of showing new characters goes against the concept)

Nevertheless, my cheapness never lead me to getting Tekken 6 (that plus other games getting in the way) so I'll be more than happy to set up my Lee-Hwaorang team up against anyone that plays.

No, everything you just said is bull crap. The first Tekken Tag did introduce new characters, even if they were just model swaps. This one hasn't even shown OLD characters. There is literally nothing here but the Tekken 6 roster + 1.

I get what you are saying about showing off classic characters like the Jack series, Jun, and maybe...pause...even Unknown's return as a playable character instead of a boss. Kunimitsu would be cool, she hasn't been in it since 1 and 2 then not until the first Tag. (for now you can get Soul Calibur: Broken Destiny, they have her mask and outfit and you can have her fight Yoshimitsu)

Edit: Actually I just found out (I am not sure if it was mentioned in the topic, if it was here is a fun reminder!) Jun is confirmed!
