At least I snagged the roms I wanted, before they got shut down. *shrugs*
Still so stupid.
Most of the games they had, you can barely find for less than $100, thanks to greedy people.

yeah i was going buck wild downloading like crazy over the years for roms...A good full stock of hits....maxed up adding in more games to my NES MINI & SNES MINI too..

It's because the company who makes &/or distributes the game created the official listing on Amazon, for the game. You can't just buy a copy of a game, and resell it back new on the official listing. You have to create a separate listing, or sell it on ebay. Amazon has terms & conditions like that, that the user in question violated by creating his "false listing."
This is why you can't trade in an unopened new game or sell an unopened new game anywhere, because stores have their own vendors, and they're not resale shops of new games. They would lose their customer's trust if they did that.
