Obviously the chick in it is wearing no suit what-so-ever like in the sprite but I had the thought "What if she was severely allergic to cats?" My mind kinda ran with it thinking of her as some kinda Bat villain as a result of that. She'd pretty much have a similar story to Mr. Freeze. She wears the suit (that expels catnip, mind you) to be able and be around cats. Doing anything and everything she can to find a cure to her deadly allergy. The sprite itself is a play on Freeze pics I've seen before where he just stands before a frozen Nora with his hand pressed against her tank.

Thanks, man. Haven't had that much time to sprite as of late (including having the bit of free time going towards mostly playing Gotham City Impostors) but here's two more.

The Girl Wonder (A gal pal of mine in Robin cosplay)

Probably the only KoF XIII type sprite I'll ever make (not including TDKR Bane). Pals from left to right: Robin (Jason Todd), Robin (Damian Wayne), Robin (Earth-2), Batman, Superman, and Huntress.

Green Lantern Juggernaut vs Black Lantern Thanos

Like most of my scene pieces, this one just kinda took off from a single edit. By the way, know proportions on Thanos' hands seem a bit big but chose that on purpose. Hell, even made his feet a bit bigger as well.

KOF 13 style Gal Wonder! Batz....wow dude, just wow.  You always amaze me with the stuff you do and the details and colors. I read up on KOF13 style sprites can take up to 8 hours to make just one sprite.  since your a good spriter i was wondering how long did this GW take you? Heard its a workload! . i am as well interested myself to learning to sprite one day in this style once i got better at spriting period.

@Kai: Thanks, man. Red Lanterns are always a favorite of mine, I'd love to get the chance to work on more of them one day. Atrocitus, of course, stands out but so does Bleeze. I'm not keeping up at all with any of the new Batman stuff. Have seen the Owl people but they honestly look pretty horrible to me. I'll just stick with the Bat stuff I know for now.

@Lando: KoF XIII styled sprites are a bit of a pain. It was a new experience all around for me. First off, obviously it's hi-res but this style gives the illusion that it's much cleaner work than the usual SNK sprites when it really isn't. It's odd 'cause they're heavily shadow based and anything in shadow only has two colors. The outline and the shade color itself. However, anything light is hitting all of a sudden has like 5-6 colors in a much smaller space, so it goes back to feeling gritty and SNK-like again. Took me a few hours to make, sure wasn't eight though. Probably not even half that. A good chunk of the time went to making the pals as well, which was another bit of a hassle as the colors used within the game are a bit different than usual. All in all it was a good experience but probably wouldn't dabble that much more in it. Never know though, might take another shot just to prove I can.

I kinda had a feeling it was Cyrus, but I didn't know Grundy could transform into Cyrus. I thought he was always Grundy (well Cyrus was killed that is)

Probably it's the corps ring.
