Demo 2.5 is at a point where i feel it can be shared publicly.  Many thanks go out to Traweezie for his continuous support with bug hunting and balance feedback.  Seriously you are a tremendous help.

Things worth noting:
Demo 2.5 is very different from Demo 2.

Just to recap here are the changes that have been made.

The power bars go to 5 levels now
Delayed Hyper Combos
Variable Air Raid
Modified Dizzy system
Improved damage scaling
authentic gravity
variable counters
no juggling except for knock down moves
every character has been modified in some way
can't combo into raw tags anymore
Reverse command problems have been eliminated
Fixes to prevent turning towards assist characters
fixes and improvements to anchor character control
Inclusion of Ibuki

Tested a little! I tested Ibuki at first and...

It's a command move like Guy's.  DF+HK.  Her second launcher is crouching hard punch but only works on airborne or otg'ed opponents.

I chose to do it that way so people can combo off of the standing hard kick easier.

I liked the improved gameplay!

I confess, for a little time i'm have difficulties to use the variable air raid  XD

But I loved this improvement!

Very excited to play with Q and Gouki on Demo 3 :D

Just reporting some bugs:

- Vega, and some other characters does not show the hyper combo BG "blue" during hypers. [But during the Variable Delayed Hypers, the red and green shows 

- Hayato is "out" [?] ( lol )

- Air Raid with some characters makes the oponent bugged and static... And floating to nothing :P

For now it's all :D

Thanks for pointing out the problem with hayato.  I forgot to rename his tag file in the archive.  It's been fixed and uploaded.


as for the variable air raid.  can you make a video of it?  cause i can't recreate that problem. 

Also are you changing any settings in the mugen.cfg

Some characters don't change partners during the Variable Air Raid, and some of oponents goes a little "static and bugged" position... Floating and floating D:

Oh, I said some characters can't show normally the powerbars?

It's a bit of my impression, or the "first stage" of Forgotten Sanctuary "enlarged"? [You said about enlarge stages because of Variable Air Raid]

You have to cancel into super right at the beginning of her Neck Breaker move. I've tested it on multiple characters.

Also in the Forgotten Sanctuary stage if you do her SF3 taunt (Lp+Lk) when Ibuki jumps over you she tends to go through the floor when not connecting on opponent.
I've tested it on other stages and she doesn't go through the ground.

Those [EX-Cody, Michelle Heart, Devilott and Tiffany]+ other 9 chars [6 newcomers and 3 veterans] will be playable in the next Demo 3.

The veterans are:

If you cancel qcf+P's first hit into qcf+PP super, your opponent will freeze and the hitbox with disappear

Demo 3 will indeed have a new screenpack.  However i already have some animations in mind that i intend to use.

Hi Beximus.
On a 3 minutes test, I've got 3 bugs with a Rockman & Ibuki duo:

Rockman's buster hitspark are misaligned
