I like the colors you have there. They look very Prime-Opish and spot on (red is always tricky). Here are my other few comments: the first sprite of the weak punch is a little off as a transition between stance and attack, might be worth reexamining it. Very good use of Tiger, Sagat, Cable and Cyke, but watch out for muscle size and lines and forearm length. I really like the redesigned thicker boots with seam lines in the stance and some transition sprites, I hope you are able to continue with this design. Have you considered a palette with iris and pupils only (no white part in the eyes)?

Navs...I will take into account the modifications and details that you suggest, smart pallette its a future good option and closed eye style its a good idea too, thanks man..!! :) :)
