red timing ticks lifebars

Hello there I would like to have this effect in my cvs pro life bar : when the timing counter goes down the 30 game thicks numbers turns red colour (this is what do in the original game)

so I added new sprites of red timing count and crate the animations then I added a new states with this explod in groove states
