Sadly, there's not really an "easy" way to achieve dizzy. You can happily display an explod in the 5300 state assuming you have it. But dizzy requires variable counters, forced state changes and tbh makes the character worse because sometimes they enter dizzy when you'd prefer they didn't.

Do you want dizzy other characters, or dizzy yourself? Neither is fun and i find both ruin the experience.

State 5300 which is more or less a standard state is not overly hard to do. Movetype = I, ctrl = 0 and just play an animation, end the state after 1-2 seconds or 60-120 ticks. The problem is how you put the character in that state. Normally this is done by creating a variable counter in -2 that adds up during the default hit states, 5000 and 5020. It counts down if you're not in those states. You add extra depending on the type of hit you received.

I will reiterate though, do you want p2 dizzy or the character you're playing to dizzy.
