I found a collection of chrono trigger characters on another forum. I didn't test the custom sprited magus since the one listed below does work and they're the same character. BUT! the post also includes two MORE custom sprited characters! Frog and Gato! there's also a collection of the characters that use sprites from the game, but I wasn't sure if anyone was interested in those.

No, not the guy known for creating characters and stages, i mean the dark wizard from Chrono Trigger! he even uses Crono and Marle in his attacks! and no, it's not just sprites from the games, he has custom sprites! have fun with him.

seems to be a small warehouse type site, but most warehouses probably have more than just 4 dbz characters, so i can't tell. also, it's about the only place i see that has magus listed. eh, i'll leave the modministrators to decide this one's fate.
i was gonna list curly and balrog from cave story, but they seem to have their own pages on the mugen database, so i didn't bother. if you're curious enough to look though, curly has a patch that will need to be downloaded as well, which is also listed on the database. she's also custom sprited. well, have fun y'all.
